Role for You

You are a paid media expert to help run point on building this team and execute on paid media and performance marketing strategies for our merchants

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead execution and media optimization of direct response paid social and paid search and marketplace campaigns across our portfolio of brands
  • Execute on day to day management and collaborate with our cross-channel marketing team on strategy and implementation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to surface campaign insights and support overarching business goals for each brand
  • Monitor trending data, ROAS, profit and spend across multiple brands
  • Develop and maintain a professional knowledge of new or emerging trends within the paid media landscape to keep our merchants up to date on best practices
  • Grow the performance marketing team to support our growing portfolio
  • Establish best practices for creative development and optimization

Qualifications

You have these:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in managing direct response paid media campaigns at a variety of scales across a variety of sectors
  • Have both agency and in-house experience
  • Have managed the customer acquisition program for an e-commerce business
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Are results and data-driven, and are able to work towards results in autonomous and independent manner

We’d love if you also had these:

  • Advanced working knowledge of Spanish and English at minimum
  • Location: we are currently working remotely, so the only limitation is for you to be in a similar time zone. Being in/around or willing to move to Mexico City can be a plus
  • Have knowledge of Amazon Ads Platform
