Head of Deal Sourcing

Your mission is to:
● Define strategy for Deal Sourcing across SP Latam
● Balance current merchants signed with new outreach targets
● Identify and implement processes, best practices and tools for continuous identification of new merchants.
● Lead outreach and conversations with Merchants in pipeline
● Generate win-win deals with Merchants that align both Merama’s and the partner’s long-term goals
● Manage a small team and interact with the rest of relevant teams to define strategy

You will be a good fit if you:
● Have 6+ years of experience managing a Sales / Pipeline portfolio
● Have worked in a tech related company
● Have negotiated complex deals in the past, ideally in ecommerce
● Have worked in the e-commerce industry in the Latam region
● Have an MBA or similar business background
● Are results and data-driven, and are able to work towards results in autonomous and independent manner

Additional requirements:
● Advanced working knowledge of Spanish and English at minimum – Portuguese a plus
● Location: we are currently working remotely, so the only limitation is for you to be in a similar time zone. Being in/around or willing to move to Mexico City and Bogotá can be a plus
